Chicken Bones


A slightly weird Maritime tradition since 1995.  This tea is inspired by those amazing sticky pink candies often found in Christmas Stockings.  They were developed by the Ganong family in St. Stephen, NB Spicy cinnamon with sweet chocolate.


Tea Fact: 

Did you know in the 15th and 16th centuries, cinnamon was one of the most sought after goods? It was believed the smell of the spice would (magically) bring customers to shops. (Metropolitan Tea Company). 

Perfect Sip:

Bring cold water to a full boil. Add 1 teaspoon of loose tea per cup. Steep tea 3-5 minutes before sipping. After 2-3 sigs enjoy life and live it fully. Try it with steamed milk.

For a little extra sweet, add some chocolate or a chicken bone!
