Having operated a Coffee House for 7 years, the founders saw an increase in tea consumption and their customers had unique palates for quality interesting blends.

It began by experimenting with blending based on the feedback and requests by their customers. In the process, they discovered that unique bond between taste and emotion.

What customers were actually asking for was to create a feeling or emotion through their tea experience. 

We began creating blends with taste and  moments in mind. Night Shift was created for all the health care staff and others that do night shifts. Summerside Fog is for the cooler foggy days where you want to feel warm and cozy.

The result was great tasting teas made with thought, consideration and love.
